Can I get a refund?

Refunds are generally not available unless prior arrangements have been made.

What about exchanges?

We offer exchanges within 15 days for products that are in their original, saleable condition and packaging, along with the original invoice. Please note that exchanges may be subject to restocking fees, freight charges, and a 4% fee for debit and credit card transactions.

Are there any exceptions?

All sales of scales and equipment are final. Returned items will be inspected before any exchange is processed.
