In 1962, Chris' Store Fixtures (CSF) was established at 162 King Street West in Hamilton. In 1988, CSF was purchased by Christine and George Hatzis. In 2006, CSF moved to its existing location at 351 James Street North in Hamilton. In 2009, CSF was taken over by Alex Hatzis, Christine and George's son. In 2022, CSF changed its name to The Chef Supply Inc. In 2024, The Chef Supply rebranded to Chris' Chef Supply as a nod to George's recent passing. Chris' Chef Supply continues to be a trusted restaurant supply store with exceptional customer service.
