The Axis GPC-1 is a versatile commercial pasta cooker that accommodates both fresh and dried pasta, as well as rethermalization. With a capacity of 10.56 gallons (40 L) of water, it includes six stainless steel mesh baskets with ergonomic handles for easy handling during busy kitchen operations. Powered by a 50,000 BTU/hr burner with piezo-electric ignition, the GPC-1 efficiently heats water using advanced burner technology focused at the tank's rear, creating a convective water flow that eliminates the need for constant stirring. This allows chefs to focus on other tasks. Constructed entirely of durable stainless steel, the cooker features a corrosion-resistant AISI 316 stainless steel inner tank, ideal for withstanding the rigors of salt water. A convenient drainage tray at the tank's front facilitates easy pasta removal, ensuring a mess-free operation.
