Overview

The pasta cooker features robust stainless steel construction throughout, including a one-piece deep-drawn inner tank for easy maintenance. Its AISI 316 stainless steel inner tank resists corrosion, especially from saltwater. Ignition is handled by a piezo-electric burner with a safety thermocouple shutoff for added security. Individual controls for gas, water, and drain are available on the double tank unit, along with an accessible manual water fill control on the front panel. The cooker includes a starch skimming drain and an overflow area to prevent accidental overfilling. Cooking efficiency is enhanced by high-efficiency burner technology that concentrates heat at the rear, creating a convective water flow that eliminates the need for stirring. Each tank is equipped with six stainless steel mesh baskets featuring ergonomic handles, complemented by a front drain tray and a 1" full port drain valve. For stability, the cooker stands on 6" adjustable stainless steel legs. It is shipped ready for natural gas installation, with an included LP conversion kit for flexibility.
