Overview
The SUMG-100 features a 53,000 BTU (15.53 kW) cavity and a 3/4 HP fan motor with two-speed fan control for optimal airflow. It includes direct spark ignition. The unit is equipped with Solid State Control featuring a 60-minute timer. Inside, it boasts a porcelain enameled oven with coved corners, five oven racks, and 10-position rack guides. Constructed with stainless steel on the front, sides, top, and legs, it features a 60/40 dependent door design with a double pane thermal window on the left-hand door and interior lighting. Double deck units (SUMG-200) are also available for expanded cooking capacity.
