Overview
Sous vide cooking with the Softcooker offers excellent temperature control and stability. This electric countertop unit has a 7 gallon bowl (6 gallon to fill level) and can perform at temperature ranges from 40°C to 155°C (accuracy to 0.3°C; displays in both °C / °F). The touch pad features a 4-digit LED display with (5) programs. Unit includes a lid, handles, and a removable perforated tray.
