Its versatility spans various soft serve products, including ice cream, frozen yogurt, custards, and sorbets. Equipped with a dual digital control system, it ensures effortless operation and maintenance for consistent product quality and hopper temperature. Refrigeration and a sleep/standby feature maintain freshness for both dairy and non-dairy options, while patented freezing technology enables rapid recovery times, producing over 350 small 4-ounce servings per hour. Efficiency is enhanced with patented technology, and the V2 beater and PAR system reduce wearable parts while improving product quality and overrun control. Additionally, ice buildup prevention and precise product-to-air ratio control ensure consistently creamy and flavorful soft serve products. Hopper Capacity: There are two hoppers, each with a capacity of 12.8 quarts. Output Per Hour: The machine can produce 350 servings of 4 ounces each per hour. Output Per Minute Per Side: Each side can dispense 3 servings of 4 ounces each per minute for each flavor, with a maximum suggested serving size of 6 ounces.
