The 6378A-C is a top-tier twin twist soft serve machine designed for high-volume settings, featuring a floor-standing design and a pressurized (air pump) system. Its versatility allows it to produce various soft serve products, including ice cream, frozen yogurt, custards, and sorbets. With user-friendly dual digital controls, refrigeration, and a sleep/standby feature, it ensures product freshness and consistency. The Spaceman air pump system offers six overrun settings for customized texture, while hopper agitators maintain consistent cooling. Patented freezing technology enables rapid recovery times, producing over 700 small 4oz servings per hour. Additionally, its V2 beater and PAR system enhance product quality and overrun control while reducing wearable parts. Hopper Capacity: Two hoppers with a capacity of 10.6 quarts each. Output Per Hour: The machine can produce 700 servings of 4 ounces each per hour. Output Per Minute Per Side: Each side can dispense 6 servings of 4 ounces each per minute for each flavor, with a maximum suggested serving size of 12 ounces.
