The Mineral B collection features a fully steel construction for a timeless and durable product that improves with time. This pan features a flared and curved “lyonnaise” cut to allow food to slide in and from the pan easily. The Mineral B line is the essential tool for searing, grilling, browning, for healthy and tasty cooking. With proper use and care (including handwashing and seasoning), the pan is naturally non-stick and guaranteed for life. Compatible with electric, gas, and induction cooktops. Seasoning required before use. Not recommended for cooking acidic or liquid preparations. Oven-safe - recommended limit is 10 minutes at 400°F to avoid damage to the riveted handle.
