Overview
The 60" wide U Cuisine series restaurant range is crafted from stainless steel and operates on natural gas. It features a configuration that includes six open-top burners with a 24" griddle and two standard ovens. The burners utilize split cast-iron top ring grates with each burner providing 32,000 BTU. Additionally, the range includes a 5" wide stainless steel plate rail and two 12" wide griddle sections positioned on the right side, each 5/8" thick with a total griddle BTU of 36,000 (18,000 BTU per 12" wide section). For easy maintenance, it is equipped with 12" section stamped drip trays featuring dimpled bottoms. The large individual burner control knobs ensure precise temperature adjustments. The oven interiors are porcelain-lined, and their operation is managed by snap-action thermostats. The unit is designed with a 2-piece back guard and shelf, while each standard oven operates at 38,000 BTU and measures 26 1/4" wide x 26" deep x 13" high. Heavy-duty "keep cool" oven door handles enhance safety and convenience during use. The restaurant range is supported by a total BTU output of 304,000 and includes a 1" NPT gas inlet connection. It stands on 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet for stability on various surfaces.
